Field Rules

Your Visit

• Each booking lasts for 60 minutes. This includes 50 minutes of exercise time and 10 minutes to clear up and vacate the site before the next customer arrives.

• If you arrive late, you still must depart at your finish time to allow the next customer access.

• If, on arrival, the previous customer is still in the paddock or loading their dog into the car, remain in your vehicle until they have departed. Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your time slot.

• If the previous customer has breached their booking time call James on 07890 591804 or Fi on 07775 429671.

• During each visit there may be a maximum of 6 dogs (as long as you have paid for the relevant number) and 2 cars per session.

• The gate code will be sent to you in your confirmation email. This must not be shared with anyone.

On Arrival

• You can choose to park in the spaces outside of the secure field, put your dog on a lead and walk them into the enclosure. Or open the gates, pull into the enclosure, close the gates behind you and unload your dog straight in to the secure area.

• If unloading dogs outside of the securely fenced enclosure dogs must be kept on a lead.

• Any damage or details of a hirer breaching these conditions must be reported to James on 07890 591804 or Fi on 07775 429671.

Your Dog

• All dogs using the field must be up to date with worming, flea and tick treatments, and vaccinations. They must be in good health and not showing any signs of diarrhoea, vomiting, coughing, or any other illness.

• Dogs must not be left unattended in the field or tied to any structures or obstacles.

• All dog mess must be cleared up and put in the bin provided (within your time slot, not afterwards). Any customer who fails to clear up their dog mess will be refused hire in future.

• XL Bully Breeds/Types are welcome to the paddock but MUST follow these specific terms:

  • The dog(s) must hold a valid exemption certificate and as per legal requirements, must be neutered and microchipped, and hold the required public liability insurance. Copies of these may be required in the event of a claim.

  • You must only come to the paddock with people and other dogs from your own household. You must NOT mix with other households at the paddock.

  • The dog(s) must be unloaded and loaded in the secure parking area inside the paddock, with the gate closed and locked behind you to ensure the space is safe and secure.

  • Any XL Bully type dogs that are likely to jump up at the fence or attempt to dig, must be kept on a lead or longline for the duration of the visit.

  • You must ensure you adhere to the timings of your session, packing away and loading your vehicles after 50 minutes of play time to ensure you have vacated the site by the time the next customer arrives for their session.

  • Should the dog escape, they remain your responsibility.

  • The terms and conditions relating to XL bully type dogs will continue to be reviewed, and may be changed if required.

    Looking after yourself, your dog and the paddock

• Whilst we endeavour to ensure that Florey’s Field is safe and secure environment for your dog, there is always a chance they could escape. In this instance they remain your responsibility.

• You use Florey’s Field entirely at your own risk. The ground is uneven and may pose trip hazards. We do not accept liability for any accident, injury, or misadventure, however caused, when using this facility.

• We take no responsibility for any damage to your vehicle or any of your personal belongings whilst using Florey’s Field.

• Children must be supervised at all times and must not climb on gates, fences, or any of the obstacles which are in situ for the enjoyment of the dogs.

• Florey’s Field is a no smoking site, this includes the parking area.

• Please dispose of dog waste in the bin provided but take all other rubbish home with you.

• Poo bags will be provided for those times you forget them, please only use what you need and leave the remainder there for other customers.

• Dog toys are there to enjoy, but please return them to the field shelter when you are leaving.

On Departure

• Please ensure the field and field shelter is left as you would like to find it.

• The gate must be locked, using the padlock provided, and combination code scrambled before departing.

• Please ensure you have vacated the premises by the end of your 1 hour time slot to allow the next customer to enter.
